Pioneer Days Rodeo Queen
Applications are now open for Pioneer Days Rodeo Queen for 2010. Please submit the following with the completed application and release of liability forms:
- A photo copy of your valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
- Two 5 X 7 head and shoulder black & white or color photographs (including a cowboy hat)
- $150 entry fee
Please put all of these together in a manila envelope and mail them all at one time, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Must be postmarked by April 1, 2010
After receiving the application, a packet will be mailed to each contestant.
